Send it, choose how we meet, sign. The full five-step process — including preparation and follow-up — is laid out in detail.
Prepare
Send the document ahead. We confirm whether it actually requires a notary, which signers must attend, and whether witnesses are needed.
Meet
We travel to your home, office, hospital, or care facility anywhere in the Houston metro — or meet you online by Remote Online Notarization.
Complete
Identity verified, the notarial certificate completed, the journal entry recorded. You leave with documents that will hold up when someone checks them.
