Send the document ahead. We confirm whether it actually requires a notary, which signers must attend, and whether witnesses are needed.
Meet
We travel to your home, office, hospital, or care facility anywhere in the Houston metro — or meet you online by Remote Online Notarization.
Complete
Identity verified, the notarial certificate completed, the journal entry recorded. You leave with documents that will hold up when someone checks them.

What to have ready
Five minutes of preparation prevents the two most common reasons a signing has to be rescheduled.
Unexpired photo ID
For every signer — driver license, passport, or state ID. The name must match the document.
The document, unsigned
A signature made before the notary arrives cannot be witnessed after the fact.
Every signer present
At the same appointment, or booked separately — we can split a signing across two visits.
Witnesses, if required
A witness may not be someone who benefits from the document. Ask and we will arrange them.
